ATTORNEY BIOGRAPHY
Tim Wannemacher’s practice focuses on representing employers and insurance companies in Workers’ Compensation claims.
Prior to joining Robinson, Kriger & McCallum, Tim practiced employment law at a small firm in Portland, counseling management in all facets of labor and employment related matters and representing employers in civil litigation, Workers’ Compensation and Maine Human Rights Commission claims.
During law school, he was a student attorney with the Cumberland County D.A.’s office, and, earned recognition as a top competitor in each of the competitions in which he took part as a member of the school’s moot court team.
A Portland native, Tim lives in Cape Elizabeth with his wife and two sons and is an active participant in many community based programs, particularly as a coach for his son’s soccer, basketball and baseball teams.
