Attorney Cara Biddings Elected as Chairwoman of So. Portland’s Zoning Board of Appeals

Attorney Cara Biddings, who resides in South Portland and has been a member of the city’s Zoning Board of Appeals for the past two years, was elected as Chairwoman of the Board on July 22, 2015.

The Board is a quasi-judicial entity which hears and decides appeals related to the city’s zoning ordinances and enforcement.
