Attorney Jeanne C. Sund was honored as a 2019 Cumberland County recipient of the Katahdin Counsel Recognition Program for her pro bono legal service, at a ceremony hosted by Maine Supreme Judicial Court Associate Justice Andrew M. Mead.
The Katahdin Counsel Recognition Program was created by the Maine Supreme Judicial Court in 2011 to help people access legal aid who cannot afford an attorney.
This Program recognizes attorneys in Maine who volunteer at least fifty (50) hours of their time with no expectation that they will be paid for their services. Attorney Sund logged 65 hours over the past year.
