RACHEL J. DESCHUYTNER
Rachel Deschuytner is an associate at Robinson, Kriger, & McCallum where she concentrates her practice on workers' compensation defense, civil litigation, and personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced personal injury law at a busy plaintiff's firm. There, she acquired extensive experience handling complicated personal injury claims and securing favorable outcomes for her clients.
During law school, Rachel was a student attorney with the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic and earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work. In addition, she was awarded a Pro Bono Publica award for completing over 80 hours of volunteer legal work. Rachel was also a member of Maine Law School's Moot Court Team and competed in the First Amendment National Moot Court Competition in Nashville, Tennessee.
Rachel is admitted to the Maine bar and the bar of the United States District Court – District of Maine. She is an active member of the Maine State Bar Association’s New Lawyers’ Section, and currently serves as the Board’s Chairperson, in addition to serving on the Board’s Community Service Committee.
